It’s good to write a blog about what you’re getting up to while you’re on your travels – for reminiscing on and recollecting what you did, while also giving others rare inside view on corners of the world less known.

Don’t anticipate a decent salary for any job requiring skills, teaching or not. It doesn’t sound very promising, but actually if you hope to live in the Land of Smiles for an extended period of time, such poorly paid jobs aren’t too much of a problem since Thailand is a cheap place to live, the infrastructure is arguably the best in South East Asia, it’s a friendly and safe country, and there’s still every opportunity to further your career and get some useful work experience.
